CFAP94

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP94 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,226 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP94-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEIL2, EXD2, and PCDH11Y. Each is linked with CFAP94 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP94-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP94 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEIL2 grouped by CFAP94-low versus CFAP94-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP94→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP94) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
