Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP94 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP94-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZD7969, PLK_6522, and 50869. Each is linked with CFAP94 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP94-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP94 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AZD7969 grouped by CFAP94-low versus CFAP94-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP94→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP94) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
