CFAP65

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP65 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,424 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP65-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP3, STK33, and WDR19. Each is linked with CFAP65 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP65-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP65 versus TPPP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP65→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
