CFAP65

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP65 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 700 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP65-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCPKMT, GNPNAT1, and TIMM9. Each is linked with CFAP65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP65-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP65 versus VCPKMT in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.91.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP65→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
