CFAP61

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP61 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,011 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP61-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT122, IFT74, and TRAF3IP1. Each is linked with CFAP61 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP61-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP61 versus IFT122 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP61→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
