CFAP61

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP61 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP61-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SOX10, and TOM1. Each is linked with CFAP61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP61-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP61 versus PRODH in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP61→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
