CFAP61

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP61 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP61-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FoxM1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with CFAP61 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP61-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by CFAP61-low versus CFAP61-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP61→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
