CFAP58

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,505 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP58-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATAD5, CDC23, and HNRNPH3. Each is linked with CFAP58 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP58-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATAD5 grouped by CFAP58-low versus CFAP58-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP58→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
