CFAP58

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,494 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP58-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITPRIP, ITGA5, and SAMD4A. Each is linked with CFAP58 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP58-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP58 versus ITPRIP in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP58→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
