CFAP53

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP53 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,951 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, RSPH4A, and PACRG. Each is linked with CFAP53 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP53-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP53 versus SPEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
