CFAP53

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP53 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1237, LINC00273, and NDUFA4P2. Each is linked with CFAP53 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP53-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1237 grouped by CFAP53-low versus CFAP53-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
