CFAP45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,244 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPS, DNALI1, and WDR54. Each is linked with CFAP45 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP45-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP45→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
