CFAP45

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP45 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,844 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP45-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP126, RSPH4A, and PACRG. Each is linked with CFAP45 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP45-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP45→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
