CFAP45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,076 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP45-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAGLN2, SBNO2, and PTPRF. Each is linked with CFAP45 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP45-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP45→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
