Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,061 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIT2, WDR35, and PTPN2. Each is linked with CFAP44 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP44-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP44→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
