Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,199 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Flagellated sperm motility, and Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with CFAP44 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP44-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
