CFAP43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,386 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT140, LZTFL1, and WDR19. Each is linked with CFAP43 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP43-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
