Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,659 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABI2, BBS2, and DOCK8_S139. Each is linked with CFAP36 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP36-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP36 versus ABI2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
