CFAP36

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,842 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA17, WDR54, and IFT22. Each is linked with CFAP36 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP36-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP36 versus SPATA17 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
