CFAP36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1085P, LINC02871, and RPL35AP12. Each is linked with CFAP36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP36-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1085P grouped by CFAP36-low versus CFAP36-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
