Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,905 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORN4, NPHP1, and DYNC2LI1. Each is linked with CFAP36 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP36-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP36 versus MORN4 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
