CFAP251

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP251 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,210 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP251-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L1, GCAT, and CRTAM. Each is linked with CFAP251 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP251-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP251 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L1 grouped by CFAP251-low versus CFAP251-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP251→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP251) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
