CFAP221

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP221 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,364 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP221-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, IFT122, and DNALI1. Each is linked with CFAP221 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP221-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP221 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP221 versus WDR35 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP221→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP221) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
