CFAP221

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP221 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP221-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CFAP221 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP221-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP221 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CFAP221-low versus CFAP221-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP221→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP221) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
