Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP20DC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,605 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP20DC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP519, RNA5SP432, and WDR5. Each is linked with CFAP20DC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP20DC-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP20DC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP519 grouped by CFAP20DC-low versus CFAP20DC-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP20DC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP20DC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
