Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CFAP20 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CFAP20 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CFAP20 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CFAP20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
STAD are the cancer types where CFAP20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
