CFAP20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,540 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GL1P2, MIR4664, and LRRC37A16P. Each is linked with CFAP20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP20-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SH3GL1P2 grouped by CFAP20-low versus CFAP20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
