Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CFAP161 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CFAP161 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CFAP161 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CFAP161 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CFAP161 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
