CFAP161

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP161 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,464 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP161-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH14, HNF4A, and PCYT1B. Each is linked with CFAP161 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP161-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP161 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP161 versus RSPH14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP161→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP161) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
