Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP161 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,543 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP161-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of neurotransmitter receptor localization to postsynaptic specialization membrane, Phosphate ion transport, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with CFAP161 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP161-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP161 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of neurotransmitter receptor localization to postsynaptic specialization membrane grouped by CFAP161-low versus CFAP161-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
