Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP100 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,867 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP100-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with CFAP100 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP100-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP100 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II grouped by CFAP100-low versus CFAP100-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
