CETP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CETP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,699 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CETP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP54, KCTD9, and LEO1. Each is linked with CETP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CETP-to-partner and partner-to-CETP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRP54 grouped by CETP-low versus CETP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CETP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CETP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
