Across TCGA cell cohorts, CETP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CETP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF20, OR7G2, and PNMA6F. Each is linked with CETP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CETP-to-partner and partner-to-CETP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF20 grouped by CETP-low versus CETP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
