CETN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CETN3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 645 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CETN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGD4, SGK1, and RAB22A. Each is linked with CETN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CETN3-to-partner and partner-to-CETN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGD4 grouped by CETN3-low versus CETN3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CETN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CETN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
