CES3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CES3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CES3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP6, USP17L4, and PHOX2B. Each is linked with CES3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES3-to-partner and partner-to-CES3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENPP6 grouped by CES3-low versus CES3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CES3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CES3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
