CES2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CES2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,383 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CES2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDH1, CEP170, and ASL. Each is linked with CES2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES2-to-partner and partner-to-CES2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CES2 versus CDH1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
