CES2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CES2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,726 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CES2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRAD, BLCAP, and PTK6. Each is linked with CES2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES2-to-partner and partner-to-CES2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CES2 versus RRAD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
