The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher CES1P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CES1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and BLCA are the cancer types where CES1P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
