Across TCGA cell cohorts, CES1P1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 241 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CES1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, Mitochondrial transport, and Regulation of delayed rectifier potassium channel activity. Each is linked with CES1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CES1P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
