Across TCGA patient cohorts, CES1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL26P3, PSAT1P4, and RPL30P1. Each is linked with CES1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES1-to-partner and partner-to-CES1 results are reported.
