CERT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,168 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTPAP, PTCD3, and MRPL16. Each is linked with CERT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERT1-to-partner and partner-to-CERT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CERT1 versus MTPAP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
