CERT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,339 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLK, AP3B1, and FCHO2. Each is linked with CERT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERT1-to-partner and partner-to-CERT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CERT1 versus POLK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
