CERS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 363 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL794P, RN7SL456P, and OR5J1P. Each is linked with CERS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS5-to-partner and partner-to-CERS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL794P grouped by CERS5-low versus CERS5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
