Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,897 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A8, SUPT6H, and CD44_S686. Each is linked with CERS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS1-to-partner and partner-to-CERS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
