CERNA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,325 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERNA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNASET2, DNAJB1, and PHF20_S519. Each is linked with CERNA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CERNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CERNA2 versus RNASET2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
