CERCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CERCAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1G1, AMELY, and OR1D4. Each is linked with CERCAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERCAM-to-partner and partner-to-CERCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1G1 grouped by CERCAM-low versus CERCAM-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
