Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEP95 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CEP95 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CEP95 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEP95 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where CEP95 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
