CEP85

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP85 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP85-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, c-Met_pY1235, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with CEP85 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP85-to-partner and partner-to-CEP85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by CEP85-low versus CEP85-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP85→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
