CEP83

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP83 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,628 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP83-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP1LP6, BUD31P1, and RN7SKP245. Each is linked with CEP83 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP83-to-partner and partner-to-CEP83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WBP1LP6 grouped by CEP83-low versus CEP83-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP83→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
