CEP83

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP83 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,071 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP83-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP20, PARPBP, and SRSF10. Each is linked with CEP83 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP83-to-partner and partner-to-CEP83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP83 versus UTP20 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP83→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
